We are an innovative and rising design consultancy of qualified and experienced Chartered Civil Engineers and Chartered Structural Engineers carrying out all types of design and consultancy work in the Building Construction Industry. Our projects range from a simple beam design for a domestic extension to large scale and complex civil and structural projects including industrial, retail, housing and commercial design. We also take a keen interest in the refurbishment and repair of historic buildings. All our designs are carried out using the latest design & detailing software combined with extensive knowledge and practical experience of the construction industry. All our engineers have a vast experience & technical knowledge in different construction sectors so we can provide a most economical & viable solutions for whatever size of projects.

Who We Are
Prashant Sikka MEng, CEng, FIStructE, MICE
The team is headed by Prashant who is a Chartered Civil & Structural Engineer with over fifteen years’ experience. After graduating from University of Birmingham with MEng in Civil Engineering, Prashant worked for a small multi-disciplinary practice Integrated Designs & Associates Ltd in Birmingham on a wide range of projects where he gained experience in the design of all primary construction materials and management of projects from inception to completion. Prashant then worked for Cundall (a Global multi-disciplinary consultancy) as a Principal Engineer responsible for the delivery of various new build and refurbishment projects in the residential, education and commercial sector. Prior to setting up this practice, Prashant worked for the Organising Committee of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games as the Engineering Lead responsible for the planning and delivery of temporary infrastructure on all venues for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
Prashant is also a guest lecturer in Forensic Engineering at University of Birmingham since 2014 and Past Chairman of IStructE (Institution of Structural Engineers) Midland Counties Regional Group having been an active member of the Regional Group since 2012.
